9. Order Process

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

10. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds on any of the purchases of digital products (which include video courses, templates, and other downloadable content) unless the purchase was made by mistake, in which case, after confirming the fact, we would proceed with a full refund. We reserve the right to decline the refund.

11. Priority Support

We are happy to provide support to everybody who asks. At the same time, people who have purchased Blocs Templates or have signed up for the paid Blocs Master course are provided with a priority support.

At the same time, we reserve the right to decline support if the customer provides the legit reason (insulting our support staff, making unreasonable demands, being rude, etc) for us to do so.
